Lawrence and crew have been the go-to paving contractor for our truck yards for over 10 years. We learned our lesson the hard way when the cheapest bid asphalt company turned into a nightmare when he didn't pay the provider of the materials, effectively forcing us to pay for materials twice.

Landmark has been our paving contractor ever since. Lawrence is honest and does excellent work.

Landmark Paving is a top notch family owned corporation. I had damaged asphalt caused by heavy equipment loading concrete tile on my new roof job. I called Landmark early in the morning and they came out that same afternoon right on time. They started the next day and finished late in the afternoon. They patched the damaged and worn out areas, filled the other large cracks and seal coated over 3,000 square feet. This company is large enough to handle most any job, but friendly and responsible to smaller jobs. I have been a general contractor since 1980. (Double Check Construction, California Contractor # 403011). You can trust Landmark Paving.
